While CSAG work on online canine heart screening forms with the Kennel Club and develop online feline heart screening, we are still using the paper certificates with carbon copies. Until this has progressed further, please could screeners send the blue copies of completed certificates associated with the following canine breeds, to the addresses below. Blue certificates for breeds not listed cannot be sent to the Kennel Club yet so please keep them safe until further notice.
For now the negative HCM register is still held by GCCF and the address to send blue copies of cat certificates showing a negative result is : Heart Screen Certificates, GCCF, 5 King’s Castle Business Park, The Drove, Bridgwater, TA6 4AG
